Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription from the Account page on the Wicked Gummy Co website. Subscriptions represent a 20% saving on regular RRPs and cancellations can only be made after your SECOND subscription order. To cancel a subscription, click on the “Your Details” tab, then follow instructions towards cancellation. Cancellation requests submitted in this manner must be received at least 24 hours prior to your next shipping date to avoid being charged. Cancellation requests received by Wicked Gummy Co through other channels, such as via email or social media, may take up to five (5) business days to process.
Automatic Renewal
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT EACH MONTH YOUR WICKED GUMMY CO SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT, OR WE SUSPEND OR TERMINATE IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
Wicked Gummy Co will automatically renew your subscription and charge your Payment Method, as authorized by you by agreeing to the automatic renewal of your Wicked Gummy Co subscription during the sign-up process.
Your Payment Method will be charged at least one full business day prior to your next subscription shipping date. We will charge your Payment Method with the applicable cost, along with any shipping and handling costs and sales or similar taxes that may be charged with your subscription.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription as outlined below. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a recurring basis (depending on your chosen subscription products) until you cancel.
Making Changes to your subscription
Customers will be shipped their subscription on the shipping frequency and/or shipping date chosen in their account.
You can make changes to your Plan in your Account. This includes making changes to your products and changing your frequency of delivery. You can make changes up to 24 hours before your next subscription is due to dispatch. If you have any questions on making changes, you can email us at hello@wickedgummyco.com.
Change in Amount Authorized
If the amount to be charged to your Billing Account varies from the amount you preauthorized (other than due to the imposition or change in the amount of sales taxes), you have the right to receive, and we shall provide, notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge before the scheduled date of the transaction. If, on receipt of such notice, you do not wish to continue with the purchase, you may cancel at any time before the scheduled date of the transaction. Any agreement you have with your payment provider will govern your use of your Payment Method. You agree that we may accumulate charges incurred and submit them as one or more aggregate charges during or at the end of each billing cycle.
GENERAL TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
An order is immediately processed once placed to ensure our customers receive their products as soon as possible. Therefore we unable to make any amendments to an order.
Your product may be eligible for a return for up to 14 days once received. If 14 days have elapsed unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
We cannot refund any item if:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
