We’re loving this run of incredible weather, but once the lights are out it’s important for our health we’re still getting the sleep we need. The hot and stuffy nights can make this all the more difficult, so here we share a handful of our favourite top tips for a restful sleep and an energised tomorrow! 
Reduce irregular or long daytime naps
It may be tempting to make the most of any extra time you may have and indulge in some daytime napping. While short power naps are beneficial, long or irregular napping during the day can negatively affect your sleep at night. Keep it to 30 minutes which has been found to be effective in boosting energy, productivity and cognitive functioning.

Keep a regular bedtime 
The benefits of keeping a regular bedtime include being able to wake up more easily in the morning and feeling more energized and focused throughout the day.
